Baj's Spicy Mac and Cheese

  • Ingredients: 250g macaroni, 50g butter, 50g flour, 600ml milk, 200g cheddar cheese (grated), 3 tbsp Baj’s Blazin’ Hot Sauce, breadcrumbs.
  • Instructions: Cook macaroni. Melt butter, stir in flour, and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened. Add cheese and hot sauce. Combine with macaroni, top with breadcrumbs, and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
